All payments are processed by Xsolla as the Merchant of Record. Email 465743@qq.com or contact Xsolla's buyer support; once we confirm, Xsolla refunds to the original payment method.
2. Credits and add-on packs
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used.
Once any credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase is no longer refundable.
Credits included with a subscription or claimed weekly cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
3. Matches that failed because of us
If a match cannot finish because of a fault on our side (server errors, AI calls failing and stopping the match, etc.), the games or credits it used will be returned to you. Matches you choose to end early are not covered.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the current period and will not be charged again.
Started subscription periods are not refunded pro rata; within 14 days of your first subscription, if none of that period's credits were used, you can request a full refund.
5. Mandatory rights
Where the law of your place of residence gives you refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply.
6. Timing
We reply within 7 business days of receiving a request; when the money arrives depends on the payment method.
